Gifts received from representatives of Sister Counties Tver Oblast (Russia) Archives and Pingtung County, Taiwan. Given a 2010 accession number due to conflicting documentation as to when the items were received. Found a letter and list from 1997 but an entry of 2003 in an accession log. No Deed of Gift or Memorandum of Transfer exists.
