Scope and Contents

The Community Plan books contain policy recommendations developed to serve as a guide for land use and service decisions. Community plans include historial information on the area and plans for water and sanitation; roads and transportation; residential and commercial development; open space and recreation; visual resources; wildlife; hazards; historic buildings; design criteria; and demographics. There are also land use plans and guidelines for site design and architectural design. Miscellaneous publications include brochures, pamphlets, and reports produced by the Planning and Zoning department.
